 pe (HE) collaborative projects but are willing to embark on coordinating 
 a proposal within the next year. The course will take you through the key
  concepts and inner logics of a collaborative HEU project to understand h
 ow to prepare a competitive proposal. Specifically\, we will focus on the
  steps needed to build a strong consortium and develop a comprehensive an
