 n[b]Abstract:[/b][nl]\n​Often in math it's easier to solve a problem "loc
 ally"\, and then one studies how to glue these local solutions into a glo
 bal solution of the whole problem. In recent years there's been a lot of 
 progress in our understanding of skein algebras and how they glue\, culmi
 nating in the work of Ben-Zvi--Brochier--Jordan and Cooke on Skein Catego
 ries\, which can be computed with Factorization Homology. In a separate l
 ine of development\, there has been progress in the gluing of (topologica
 l) Fukaya Categories and Hall Algebras\, using the Dyckerhoff--Kapranov m
 achinery of 2-Segal Spaces. In the two halves of this talk we'll discuss 
 Factorization Homology and 2-Segal Spaces. In any remaining time we'll sp
 eculate on how these techniques might be used to globalize certain result
 s in Skein Theory.\n[nl]\n[nl]
