 ]\nI will present a finite-dimensional model for analytically continued C
 hern-Simons theory on closed 3-manifolds that are described by plumbing t
 rees. From this model\, one can define a collection of topological invari
 ants labeled by pairs of flat connections and valued in formal power seri
 es with integral coefficients. The coefficients can be roughly interprete
 d as counting gradient descent flows with respect to Chern-Simons functio
 nal in the space of SL(2\,C) connections on the 3-manifold. I will also c
 omment on a possible categorification\, which can be interpreted as a fin
 ite-dimensional model of Fukaya-Seidel category of Chern-Simons functiona
 l on the space of SL(2\,C) connections.\n[nl]
